- The volume ends concurrently with main series Volume 3, where SICK HACK Christmas live occurs.
- The volume covers the school festival performance event of the main series in Chapter 11 which is where the anime ends. Beyond Chapter 11, informations and characters debuting after the anime cutoff appears, confirming that the series follows the main series plot beyond the anime timeline.
- The avatar of Alto Otogi, Vtuber persona of PA-san made its official debut in Chapter 13. The avatar has never been debuted in the whole series before, despite PA-san confirming her Vtuber name in Volume 4 of the main series.
- The only known illustration of Alto Otogi avatar related to the main series is a draft illustration by Aki Hamazi, where she distributed it in a fan-only package of her YouTube account.
