  • February 18: An anime series has been announced.
  • September 17: The anime series is currently in production, according to Editorial Department's Tweet.
  • December 17: Teases new time information for the anime is at 24:00 (JST) (effectively December 18 at 12:00 MN (JST)).
  • December 18: A new teaser PV has been released with the 2022 premiere, along with Hitori Gotoh's key visual and voice actor, Yoshino Aoyama has been revealed.

  • January 15: Teases new date information for Nijika's voice actor is on January 18.
  • January 17: Teases new time information for Nijika's voice actor is at 24:00 (JST) (effectively January 18 at 12:00 MN (JST)).

  • January 24: GINZA ROCK YOU program premiered on Yamaha Japan YouTube channel featuring Haruna Mori as a presenter and Yoshino Aoyama as a guest as part of the series collaboration with Yamaha.
  • January 25: Blu-ray & DVD Volume 2 of the anime has been released in Japan.
  • February 1: Bocchi the Radio! is nominated for four categories in Aniradi Award 2022.
  • February 4: Blu-Ray & DVD release event has been held in Akihabara, Tokyo featuring Yoshino Aoyama and Sayumi Suzushiro.
  • February 10: Kessoku Band album is certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) for achieving more than 100.000 physical sales.
  • February 12: Blu-Ray & DVD release event has been held in Osaka featuring Yoshino Aoyama and Saku Mizuno.
  • February 19: Blu-Ray & DVD release event has been held in Sendai featuring Yoshino Aoyama and Ikumi Hasegawa.
  • February 22: Blu-ray & DVD Volume 3 of the anime has been released in Japan.
  • February 24: The series special event in AnimeJapan 2023 titled "「BOCCHI・IN・JAPAN」in AJ2023" was announced to be held on March 26.
  • February 26: The series won Anime of the Year and seven other categories in the 9th Anime Trending Award.
  • March 11: The final episode of Road to Guitar Hero is released on the official Aniplex YouTube channel.
  • March 18:
    • SPECIAL STUDIO LIVE performance of Seishun Complex is broadcasted in three big screen venues, each in Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya. The video is also uploaded to the official Aniplex YouTube channel.
    • A new visual of the special event "Bocchi the Rock desu." is revealed shortly after the broadcast.
  • March 19: Bocchi the Radio! special event was held in Kamijo Memorial Hall, Showa University, Tokyo featuring Kessoku Band's voice actresses.
  • March 22: Blu-ray & DVD Volume 4 of the anime has been released in Japan.
  • March 26: The event "「BOCCHI・IN・JAPAN」in AJ2023" was held in AnimeJapan 2023.
  • March 29: Bocchi the Radio! won three categories in the 8th Aniradi Awards, including Radio of the Year. Yoshino Aoyama was present to receive the awards.
  • April 23: A special event titled "Bocchi the Rock! desu." was held in Hulic Hall, Tokyo.
  • April 26: Blu-ray & DVD Volume 5 of the anime has been released in Japan.
  • April 29: Screening of Special Studio Live version of "Flashbacker" was held at the three big screens in Shinjuku Yunika Vision, Osaka Tombori Station, and Nagoya NAGY. The video is made available on YouTube shortly after.
  • May 21: A concert event titled "Kessoku Band LIVE -Kousei-" was held in Zepp Haneda, Tokyo.

    • Blu-ray & DVD Volume 6 of the anime has been released in Japan.
