STARRY is a live house in Shimokitazawa, Setagaya ward, Tokyo handled by Seika Ijichi and her friend, PA-san. Kessoku Band made their band activity base as well as the second home of Nijika Ijichi due to her commitments to her sister and her band.
It was originally founded by Seika in order to keep her sister, Nijika happy after realizing she has an interest in bands, which also is the reason Seika left her original band. Since then, this live house has seen a lot of bands making their performances here, including Kessoku Band themself.
