Bocchi finally wakes up at the infirmary. She apologizes her to ruin everything. Nijika, Ryo, and others are cleaning up and said they have an after-party. Kita seems to be pretty good with her and is going to keep playing and would teach with Hitori, instead of Bocchi. Kita sees her for the first time and remembers her position. Nijika guess if Bocchi is okay. Bocchi looked for her classroom and who did the maid café. She recognized them who dived it to the audience during the concert. Thus she will sometimes quit school.

He further explains to his daughter that she broke it in the middle of the concert. Her father explains that guitars nowadays are designed to break. Futari begs her father to play, while Bocchi has a job, and all her money goes to quotas. She is surprised when her father gives her money. She earned it from advertisements on their videos and needs to remember her video site account, guitarhero. Her father monetized the videos in secret as they have been racking up views, and he wants to see her work hard. He lies to her, claiming she has a boyfriend in the comments.
Bocchi counts her money, and it totals 300,000 yen. For example, if she buys a new guitar for 100,000 yen, she will have 200,000 yen left. If she puts all of it toward quota costs, she will end up quitting her job. At the live house, she usually cleans the floor and gathers the courage to talk to Seika. She talks to Seika normally, intending to continue working hard. When Bocchi hides a trash can, she thinks about quitting her job. Nijika asks Bocchi to go to the music shop. Bocchi asks Nijika to talk to her sister if she wants, but Seika doesn't want any gifts, stating that she prefers it to be a surprise.
After arriving at Ochanomizu Station, Ryo runs and talks to Kita about the music business. Nijika decides to go to the store, which has a great selection. Bocchi thinks of plan A as ordering online and plan B as going to the store, even though the owners are scary. Bocchi does a headbanger after entering the store. Nijika looks for a guitar strap, and Kita looks for all kinds of picks.
Ryo asks the employee if she can try a bass, and Kita thinks Ryo is buying a new one. Nijika wonders what Ryo is doing. The employee is surprised by Ryo's bass playing, and Ryo gets tired after playing it. Kita looks for a guitar, but Bocchi is interested in looking at it too. Nijika looks for those guitars she often sees in manga. She thinks about buying her own guitar and bass, but Ryo and Kita imagine her becoming ultra-masculine, playing the drums with a guitar stick. Nijika plans to go to a drum shop next time, possibly in Akiba. Bocchi tries to communicate with her but cannot talk and feels overwhelmed. Kita holds Bocchi, mimicking a puppet. Bocchi likes a new guitar and decides to buy it. She pays for the new guitar, and the employee performs checks and maintenance on it. Bocchi thanks the employee, runs away, and forgets her guitar.
Nijika gives a guitar to Bocchi and tells her that the manager wants her to visit the shop again. Ryo is done after Bocchi buys it, and she tells her to play her guitar as soon as possible. Kita asks if Bocchi would like to rent a studio and try out a new guitar, but Bocchi declines. They will practice together tomorrow. Nijika starts thinking about their next concert. Adaptation notes[]
- Just like in the previous episode; in the manga, the Gotoh family did not appear at all during the performances.
- Both song titles are newly introduced songs in the anime and are not mentioned anywhere in the manga.
- The songs also add the performed song total in anime to four, while originally the band only mentioned they only did three original songs some while after the festival.[3]
- One scene being left out when the band visited Ishibashi Music is the interaction between Nijika and the store attendant, which told about how Seika used to work there. This also left out two aliases for both siblings: "Satan of Ochanomizu" for Seika and "Archangel of Shimokitazawa" for Nijika.
- After buying her guitar, Bocchi test it out at day before going to school. This was different in the manga, as she tested it out at night; the same day she bought the guitar.
- Scenes during the end credits are entirely anime originals, as a way to conclude the series.
