Bocchi the Rock! Theater Compilation Re:Re: (劇場総集編ぼっち・ざ・ろっく！Re:Re: Gekijō Sōshūhen Bocchi za Rokku! Re:Re:) is the second part of the theater compilation film based on the anime series by CloverWorks. The film has two parts that will be screened in Summer 2024, with the first being Bocchi the Rock! Theater Compilation Re:
Promotion and release[]
On May 21, 2023, during the concert event "Kessoku Band LIVE -Kousei-," a web preview for episode 12 had been updated with an anime theater compilation announced to be screened in spring 2024.[1][2]
On October 14, 2023, a teaser visual and PV were released during the anime's 1st-anniversary event, "Bocchi the Talk! -LIVE-," revealing the release date for two parts.[3][4]
The title of the two films has been confirmed to be Re: for the first part and Re:Re: for the second part. [5]. The new PV, revealed in the AnimeJapan event panel reveals its screening date on August 9, 2024.
The new key visual for the movie was released during Re: movie celebration stream on June 6. [6] The first bonuses, including the second part of Bocchi the Rock! Epigraph and mini board by Kerorira was revealed on July 23.
Overseas distribution[]
Crunchyroll announced a double feature screening of the compilation film in United States and Canada on October 6 to 8, 2024. United Kingdom, France and Australia also has dates confirmed on 7, 15 and 17 October respectively.[7] It was later announced for Mexico as well, with date set on October 1.
Mighty Media confirms their Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau screening starts on October 11. Daewon also confirms the general screening of the film in South Korea on September 25, with premiere marathon with Re: and LIVE -Kousei- precedes on September 21 and 22.
ODEX has confirmed their screenings in Southeast Asia with earliest being Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, with fan screenings happens on October 5. General screening for Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore comes on October 10, and Thailand and Vietnam follows on 17 October. Cambodia starts screening the movie on October 25. Indonesia has its fan screening on November 9, with general screening follows on November 15.

- The film name is a reference to ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION song, Re:Re:. The cover version of the song by Kessoku Band also becomes the title of the movie's ending theme.
- Re:Re was also the opening of the anime Erased.
- The movie is named as Bocchi the Rock! Recap Part 2 for Southeast Asia, Europe and North American release.
